Oro Grande School District Flyer Approval Guidelines - External Users

Oro Grande School District Flyer Approval Guidelines for External Users

The Oro Grande School District cooperates with community groups and organizations that sponsor activities of an educational/enrichment nature for students and staff by allowing them to distribute materials electronically via Peachjar. Community members wishing to distribute flyers to our schools must create an account and select Oro Grande School District and their target school sites.

Flyers to be distributed to students must be approved by the OGSD Office of Public Information and meet the following criteria:

The flyer must be educational in nature, support the basic educational mission of OGSD and/or benefit the population of OGSD in a positive manner.
All flyers to be distributed shall bear the name and contact information of the sponsoring entity.
As a courtesy to our community and in order to provide access to all of our students and parents, we require that flyers be submitted in both English and Spanish.
Approval of your flyer does not imply OGSD endorsement of any identified product and/or services.

For Employees

Oro Grande School District Flyer Approval Guidelines - Internal Users

For employees, all flyers, posters, posts, and any other distributed/published communications, community facing or otherwise, must adhere to the Oro Grande/Riverside Preparatory Schools branding guidelines in regards to brand colors, fonts, logos and other assets. In addition, all the aforementioned, including any District logos must be approved by the District Office of Public Information prior to distribution and are subject to immediate removal if guidelines are not met.
